Effective delivery for digital products purchased from StatisticsMock.in

No Physical Shipping — Instant Digital Access

All products sold on StatisticsMock.in are digital (mock tests, downloadable test papers, score reports, and online course material). There is no physical item to ship. After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your purchased product(s).

How You Receive Your Purchase

• Order confirmation: Immediately after payment you will receive an order confirmation on the screen and an email to the address used at checkout.
• Access link: The confirmation email contains direct links (or instructions) to access your mock test or digital product. If the product is an online test/course, it will appear in your StatisticsMock.in account dashboard under My Dashboard / My Tests.
• Account login: For products tied to user accounts, please log in with the same email used to purchase. Use the Forgot Password flow if you cannot access your account.

When Access Is Immediate — Exceptions

In normal conditions access is immediate. On rare occasions there may be short delays due to payment verification, maintenance, or system issues. If access is not granted within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team (see Contact below) and include your order ID and payment reference.

Refunds and Returns for Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way physical goods can, refunds are handled case-by-case. We evaluate refund requests for reasons such as duplicate purchases, payment errors, or inability to access the product due to a technical fault on our side.

To request a refund, contact support within 4 days of purchase with your order ID, payment details, and reason for the request. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Purchases for Teams or Institutions

If your organization purchased multiple licenses or institutional access, delivery will include license keys or dashboard access instructions. Please ensure the purchasing email is reachable so we can provide administrative instructions.

Taxes, Invoices & Payment Records

All applicable taxes (if any) are calculated at checkout. After purchase you can download your invoice/receipt from the order confirmation email or from your account dashboard under Order History.

Security & Privacy
